Editing work 

I copy-edit for individual clients on a freelance basis. Some of my clients include the Seattle-based nonprofit PATH, Observer Research Foundation, Sambodhi Research and Communications, and the journal Economic & Political Weekly. Alright, I worked at EPW (full-time and for three whole years, in fact) so they're not a client per se. But as you can tell, I'm most interested in editing research material -- something about styling and formatting appeals to me, what can I say -- although not exclusively so. I have edited a fiction book for a client in the past and also copy-edited a magazine.

It's difficult to present one's editing skill (unless you're comfortable showcasing a Track Changes copy drenched in red and leave it at that). I am, however, comfortable working on paid trials and tests, or we can work something out. Get in touch
